Refunds & Returns

We know what it’s like to purchase something and then regret the decision. If you have just purchased an order and changed your mind, then contact us immediately by the contact form or by Facebook message.

We can’t make any guarantees, but we will always do our best. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts, Once an order has gone into production it then becomes non refundable. It goes without saying that if items are faulty for example if the Vinyl peels will be replaced within 6 months, providing care instructions that come with the glassware has been followed.

Custom Order Policy

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product custom design onto the product.

Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.

Full payment is required for custom orders before any custom work can start. Once Processing has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded. The custom order lead time is estimated at 9- 14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Production and delivery lead times are estimates and subject to change.
